Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Executive, Hotel Centre Point based in Nagpur. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for handling receptionist duties, managing appointment scheduling, and providing exceptional customer service. They will greet guests, manage phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
