Front Office Executive for 5 star luxury hotel in Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Manage the complete guest cycle (Check-in, Rooming, and Check-out) ensuring all ITC luxury standards are met.
- Operational Excellence: Expertly navigate Opera Cloud/V5 to manage reservations, room assignments, and guest profiles.
- Financial Accuracy: Handle billing, foreign exchange, and daily shift closing with 100% accuracy.
- Personalization: Anticipate guest needs by reviewing arrival reports and coordinating special requests with Housekeeping and FB.
- Communication: Act as a central hub for guest inquiries, resolving complaints with grace and efficiency.
Candidate Profile Qualifications

- Experience Minimum 1 year in Front Office operations within a 4 or 5-star hotel .
- Software Mandatory proficiency in Opera (PMS).
- Education Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Communication Exceptional command of English; knowledge of Kannada or other languages is a plus.
- Appearance Impeccable grooming standards in line with luxury hospitality.
