Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a high level of professionalism and a customer-friendly attitude at all times.
Maintain and update office contact lists, directories, and files.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and messages, ensuring they are directed to the right person or department.
Direct visitors to the appropriate department or personnel.
Coordinate logistics for visiting clients, ensuring their comfort and needs are met.
Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Ensure that company and client information remains secure and protected.
Navigating dynamic work environment with adaptability and Poise.
Facilitating cross-functional collaboration to deliver successful meetings and events.
Providing exemplary customer service, characterized by patience, empathy and attention to details.
