Job Description

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and preparing meeting rooms.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, placing and expediting orders, and verifying receipt.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support their administrative needs as required.
  • Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members when necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with special projects and events as assigned by management.

Requirements:*

  • High school diploma or equivalent such as Bcom; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
