Role Overview

We are looking for a professional and organized Front Office Coordinator to manage reception duties, patient coordination, and administrative tasks at our diagnostic center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations and patient inquiries
  • Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling
  • Perform data entry and maintain patient records
  • Assist in coordinating sample collection workflows
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors
  • Support administrative and operational activities

Requirements

  • Experience in reception/front desk management
  • Knowledge of sample collection processes (preferred)
  • Experience in patient registration and data entry
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Must be based in or near South Delhi
