Role Overview
We are looking for a professional and organized Front Office Coordinator to manage reception duties, patient coordination, and administrative tasks at our diagnostic center.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and patient inquiries
- Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling
- Perform data entry and maintain patient records
- Assist in coordinating sample collection workflows
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors
- Support administrative and operational activities
Requirements
- Experience in reception/front desk management
- Knowledge of sample collection processes (preferred)
- Experience in patient registration and data entry
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be based in or near South Delhi
