  • Reporting to management and performing administrative duties

  • Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail
  • Copying, scanning, and filing documents
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements
