Role Description
As a Front Office Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable guest experiences at our Hyderabad location. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as assisting guests with check-ins and check-outs, managing bookings, handling guest inquiries via phone or in person, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining smooth communication within the team and addressing guest needs professionally and promptly.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills, including a guest-first attitude and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Check-in processes for a seamless guest experience
- Exceptional Phone Etiquette and professional verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a welcoming demeanor
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in using front office management software is a plus
