Role Overview
The Front Office Associate will act as the first point of contact for guest. The role involves greeting guests, managing phone calls, handling basic Reception tasks, and ensuring smooth front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome Guest in a professional and friendly manner
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area
Handle incoming and outgoing mail/call
Maintain basic files and documentation
Assist with email handling and communication
Perform basic computer tasks MS Word, Excel, and email
Provide customer support and resolve basic inquired
Required Skills
Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
Presentable and professional appearance
Polite, confident, and positive attitude
Strong organizational and multitasking ability
Customer service oriented
Qualification & Experience
Hotel Management Graduate preferred
