Job Description

The front office associate is responsible for providing excellent guest service by handling guest check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay for all guests. The role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle guest concerns efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest service:
  • Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression of the resort.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Provide information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
  • Front desk operations:
  • Maintain accurate guest records and registration details.
  • Process payments, bills, and invoices.
  • Handle cash and card transactions and maintain financial records.
  • Coordination with departments:
  • Coordinate with housekeeping for room status updates.
  • Communicate guest requests to relevant departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B.
  • Ensure smooth inter-department communication for guest satisfaction.
  • Administrative duties:
  • Maintain front desk logs and reports.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Follow hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
