This is a full-time, on-site role located in Alappuzha for a Front Office Associate. The responsibilities include greeting guests courteously, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling guest inquiries and reservations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk. The Front Office Associate will maintain efficient communication and deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
• Proficiency in customer service and handling receptionist duties
• Ability to manage check-in and check-out processes with attention to detail
• Strong phone etiquette for managing bookings, inquiries, and guest interactions
• Previous experience in hospitality or front office roles is preferred
• Organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth daily operations
• Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
