Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Line Sales Manager located in Ranaghat. The responsibilities include leading and motivating a team of sales agents, developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting sales training for team members, and ensuring all activities align with the company's values and objectives. Managing team performance and reporting on sales progress will be a critical aspect of the position.
