Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Front-End Sales & Marketing Executive with a strong technical background in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering (B.E /B.Tech). The ideal candidate will support business development, client engagement, and marketing activities while understanding and promoting engineering-based products and solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to convert technical features into business benefits.
Minimum Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E / B.Tech - ECE, EEE, ME) mandatory.
- 13 years of experience in sales, marketing, or technical customer interactions.
- Experience in industrial products, automation, manufacturing, or technical solutions is preferred.
- Willingness to travel within Tamil Nadu for client meetings and field activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing product information and technical support.
- Drive sales through customer visits, product demonstrations, and relationship building.
- Understand technical product features and explain solutions clearly to customers.
- Support marketing campaigns, sales presentations, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential customer segments.
- Coordinate with internal engineering, marketing, and management teams to support business growth.
- Prepare sales reports, customer feedback summaries, and competitive analysis.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate marketing events.
Core Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of electrical / electronic / mechanical systems, industrial products, or technical solutions
- Ability to sell technical products and licenses with a consultative sales approach
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills
- Ability to translate technical features into customer-focused business benefits
- Good knowledge of marketing concepts, B2B sales, and solution selling techniques
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with regular travel
Additional Advantages
