Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Front-End Sales & Marketing Executive with a strong technical background in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering (B.E /B.Tech). The ideal candidate will support business development, client engagement, and marketing activities while understanding and promoting engineering-based products and solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to convert technical features into business benefits.

Minimum Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E / B.Tech - ECE, EEE, ME) mandatory.
  • 13 years of experience in sales, marketing, or technical customer interactions.
  • Experience in industrial products, automation, manufacturing, or technical solutions is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within Tamil Nadu for client meetings and field activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing product information and technical support.
  • Drive sales through customer visits, product demonstrations, and relationship building.
  • Understand technical product features and explain solutions clearly to customers.
  • Support marketing campaigns, sales presentations, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential customer segments.
  • Coordinate with internal engineering, marketing, and management teams to support business growth.
  • Prepare sales reports, customer feedback summaries, and competitive analysis.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate marketing events.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of electrical / electronic / mechanical systems, industrial products, or technical solutions
  • Ability to sell technical products and licenses with a consultative sales approach
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills
  • Ability to translate technical features into customer-focused business benefits
  • Good knowledge of marketing concepts, B2B sales, and solution selling techniques
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with regular travel

Additional Advantages

  • Experience in Mechanical product development, industrial automation, IoT, PLC, manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools or marketing tools.
  • Experience in B2B or technical field sales.
