Front-End RTL Design Automation Engineer

What You'll Do:

• Deploy and support front-end tools such as RTL simulators, Lint, CDC, RDC, SDC, DFT, and formal verification tools
• Develop scripts to automate regression, debug flows, and CI/CD
• Optimize compute infrastructure utilization via load distribution tools
• Identify user needs and develop supporting capabilities
• Use scripts to integrate tools, repositories, and infrastructure
• Configure and maintain project dashboards
• Interface with EDA vendors for tool installations and licensing
• Support tool and methodology deployment across global teams

What You Need To Have:

• B.Tech or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience in CAD or related fields
• 4+ years in CAD role for large-scale Silicon ASIC projects
• Solid understanding of ASIC flow
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, C, Makefiles
• Experience in Linux system administration (e.g., Redhat Enterprise)
• Experience with Git or Mercurial version control
• Fast learner with timely execution skills
• Familiarity with standard industry CAD tools

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Kubernetes or LSF systems
• Experience with hardware design flows, SystemVerilog, Verilog, EDA tools
• Experience with JavaScript, CSS, and modern web frameworks
