This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Front End Engineer specializing in React and TypeScript. The responsibilities include developing, designing, and implementing front-end solutions for web applications using React and TypeScript. The engineer will collaborate with back-end developers, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders to create responsive web designs, enhance user interfaces, ensure the functionality and performance of applications, and maintain clean, efficient code. The role also involves troubleshooting and resolving application issues while staying updated with emerging front-end technologies.

• Proficiency in Front-End Development, including advanced knowledge of React and TypeScript.
• Experience with Responsive Web Design and creating interactive user interfaces for various devices and platforms.
• Competence in Software Development and Web Development best practices, coding standards, and version control tools like Git.
• Familiarity with Back-End Web Development concepts and collaborating with back-end teams to integrate APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet project timelines efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Knowledge of modern UI/UX principles is a plus.
• Prior experience in SaaS platforms or HR Tech systems is advantageous.
