Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and passionate UI/UX Designer (Fresher) who is eager to build user-friendly and visually appealing digital experiences. The candidate should have a basic understanding of design principles and a strong interest in web and mobile application design.
Key Responsibilities
Design user interfaces for websites and mobile applications
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
Work closely with developers and internal teams to implement designs
Ensure designs are user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing
Conduct basic user research and gather feedback
Improve existing designs based on usability and performance
Maintain design consistency and brand guidelines
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles
Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
Understanding of responsive design concepts
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (preferred but not mandatory)
Creative thinking and attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork skills
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
Certification in UI/UX or Graphic Design is a plus
Additional Requirements
Portfolio showcasing design work (mandatory)
Strong willingness to learn and grow
