Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain full-stack AI-driven applications using FastAPI and modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular, Vue, or Next.js.
- Design, implement, and optimize AI models, including Generative AI models, to solve complex problems.
- Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), ensuring scalability, resilience, and cost efficiency.
- Integrate and optimize AI models using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and agent orchestration tools such as LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
- Implement monitoring and observability solutions for real-time tracking, logging, and debugging of AI models and APIs.
- Fine-tune AI models as needed for performance and accuracy, leveraging techniques like transfer learning and parameter optimization.
- Ensure robust error handling and fault tolerance to maintain high availability and performance.
- Design and implement disconnected architectures that can operate with limited or intermittent connectivity.
- Integrate web crawling and data ingestion pipelines to automate data collection from various sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, front-end developers, and DevOps engineers, to deploy AI models into production.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to best practices in AI development.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, cloud technologies, web development, and agent-based architectures.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Python and experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
- Strong front-end development experience with React, Angular, Vue, or Next.js, including state management and UI optimization.
- Experience deploying applications in AWS, Azure, or GCP, including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), serverless computing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK stack).
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, fine-tuning techniques, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and AI model optimization.
- Proficiency in LangChain, LlamaIndex, and agent-based AI orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
- Knowledge of web crawling techniques, scraping frameworks (Scrapy, Beautiful Soup, Selenium), and handling anti-bot mechanisms.
- Experience designing resilient, event-driven, or disconnected architectures using message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), offline storage, and sync mechanisms.
- Strong grasp of error handling, exception management, and fault-tolerant system design.
- Knowledge of secure API design, authentication, authorization (OAuth, JWT, RBAC), and data security best practices.
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Experience in full-stack performance optimization, including front-end responsiveness and API efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with LangChain, Hugging Face, or other AI/ML libraries.
- Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB) for efficient AI-powered search.
- Exposure to multi-agent AI architectures and LLM orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
- Experience working with offline-capable applications that can sync data when connectivity is restored.
- Prior experience in developing AI-powered chatbots or automation workflows.
