Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations and maintain smooth workflow.
  • Manage calls, emails, and visitor handling.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
  • Support HR/admin tasks: attendance, documentation, scheduling.
  • Organize meetings and basic office events.
  • Maintain records, prepare simple reports, and follow up on tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams r routine requirements.

Requirements:
