Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Representative located in Hazaribag. The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for welcoming and assisting visitors, managing phone calls, scheduling reservations, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also includes managing front desk operations and maintaining a professional, organized reception area.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Strong Customer Service skills and ability to handle reservations efficiently
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Friendly and professional demeanor; punctual and reliable
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in administration or hospitality is a plus
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
