This is an on-site, full-time position for a Front Desk Representative located in Hyderabad. The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for managing front desk operations, including greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, handling reservations, and responding to customer inquiries. The role also involves answering phone calls professionally, maintaining records, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience through excellent communication and service delivery.

• Strong Phone Etiquette and professional communication skills
• Experience in Receptionist Duties and routine administrative tasks
• Proficiency in Customer Service and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ability to handle Scheduling, Reservations, and appointment management
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle diverse customer interactions
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in a relevant field are a plus
