Role Description

We are looking for a Front Desk Representative for a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The primary responsibilities include welcoming clients, managing the front desk, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with reservations. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, managing inquiries, and ensuring an optimal client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Excellent skills in Customer Service and the ability to handle client interactions with professionalism
• Experience in Reservations and appointment scheduling
• Clear and effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Proficiency in using basic office equipment and computer applications
• Experience in the wellness or healthcare industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or customer service are advantageous
