Job Description

Job Role - Front Desk Receiptionist (Real Estate)

Salary - 4 LPA - 6 LPA

Experience - 3-5 years

Key Responsibilities

  1. Front Desk Management: Greeting visitors, maintaining a tidy reception area, and managing visitor logs.
  2. Communication & Inquiries: Answering and directing calls, managing emails, and addressing client queries or complaints.
  3. Administrative Support: Handling courier services, filing, data entry, and coordinating with departments for smooth operations.
  4. Sales & Client Coordination: Scheduling appointments for sales teams, maintaining client records, and assisting with site visit coordination.
  5. Office Operations: Managing petty cash, monitoring office stationery, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Experience: Previous experience in front office, reception, or customer service roles, preferably in real estate.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
  3. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
  4. Attributes: Professional appearance, polite demeanour, multitasking ability, and strong organizational skills

Requirements:

  1. Work Location : on-site. Marine Lines - Mumbai
  2. Qualification : Graduate.
  3. Experience : 3- 5 years in Real Estate
