Role Description

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Daily responsibilities include managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining organizational records, and performing clerical duties. You will handle general receptionist tasks while providing exceptional customer service and fostering effective communication within the organization. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gandhinagar. Locals preferred.

Qualifications

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and experience handling a multi-line phone system
  • Proficiency in performing Receptionist Duties and front desk operations
  • Basic Clerical Skills, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven abilities in providing exceptional Customer Service
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications are a plus
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with the ability to multitask effectively
