Role OverviewWe are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage our front office and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
- Maintain visitor records and front desk logs
- Handle courier dispatch and incoming deliveries
- Manage meeting room bookings and office coordination
- Provide administrative support to the team when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Requirements- Good communication skills inEnglish, Hindi, and Marathi
- Pleasant personality with a professional attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Prior front desk or customer service experience preferred
