Role Overview

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage our front office and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
  • Maintain visitor records and front desk logs
  • Handle courier dispatch and incoming deliveries
  • Manage meeting room bookings and office coordination
  • Provide administrative support to the team when required
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Requirements
  • Good communication skills inEnglish, Hindi, and Marathi
  • Pleasant personality with a professional attitude
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Prior front desk or customer service experience preferred
