Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at our office in Varanasi. The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing inquiries efficiently. Additional responsibilities include performing general clerical tasks, maintaining an organized workspace, and providing exceptional customer service while representing the company brand professionally.

Qualifications

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and professional Receptionist Duties skills
  • Exellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including scheduling, record-keeping, and basic administrative tasks
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Outstanding Customer Service skills and a client-focused approach
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is a plus
  • Basic familiarity with office software such as MS Office Suite
