We are looking for a professional and friendly Front Desk Executive to manage the reception area and provide administrative support. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and should ensure a positive experience for guests and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage the front desk and maintain visitor records
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Provide basic information to visitors and employees
- Maintain office cleanliness and reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks when required

Qualification
- Any Graduate / HSC / Diploma
- 0-2 years of experience in reception or front desk role preferred
