We are looking for a professional and friendly Front Desk Executive to manage the reception area and provide administrative support. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and should ensure a positive experience for guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage the front desk and maintain visitor records
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Provide basic information to visitors and employees
  • Maintain office cleanliness and reception area
  • Assist with administrative tasks when required

Required Skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Good organizational and multitasking ability

Qualification

  • Any Graduate / HSC / Diploma
  • 0-2 years of experience in reception or front desk role preferred
