Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist Cum Content Creator based in Delhi, OH. The individual will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, managing front desk operations, scheduling, and communication. Additionally, the role entails producing content, including written and visual materials, to support the academy's promotional and marketing efforts. This position requires a proactive approach, excellent organizational abilities, multitasking, and creativity to support day-to-day administrative and creative functions.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities and a professional demeanor
• Content creation skills, including writing, graphic design, and visual storytelling
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
• Basic knowledge of social media management and digital marketing practices
• Experience in customer service or handling front desk tasks is an advantage
• High level of attention to detail and creativity
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in design, communication, or a related field are a plus
