Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist based in Ahmedabad. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing daily front desk operations, including welcoming visitors, answering and forwarding phone calls, assisting customers with inquiries, handling clerical tasks, and maintaining an organized reception area. The role emphasizes excellent customer service and professional communication to ensure a pleasant experience for all customers and visitors.

Qualifications

• Strong phone etiquette and proficiency in receptionist responsibilities
• Excellent clerical skills, including organization and documentation
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional customer service capabilities and a customer-focused approach
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as MS Office
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not mandatory
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field is an advantage
