We're looking for a warm, professional Receptionist (Male only) to be the first point of contact for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage front desk operations including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and handling inquiries.
• Coordinate with patients for consultations, follow-ups, and overall assistance.
• Handle insurance processes including pre-authorization, billing coordination, and documentation.
• Assist in IPD patient coordination, including managing documentation and communication.
• Coordinate and accompany patients for external procedures such as PET-CT scans and radiation therapy appointments.
• Liaise with hospital staff, doctors, and external centers for smooth patient flow.
• Maintain proper records, reports, and documentation related to patients and billing.
• Ensure a smooth and professional patient experience at all times.
Requirements:
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in hospital front desk / patient coordination.
• Prior experience in insurance billing and pre-authorization is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to handle field coordination (hospital visits, patient assistance outside center).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and hospital management systems.
