Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Front Desk Receptionist role based in Bengaluru. The Front Desk Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, greeting guests, answering and directing phone calls, and managing the reception area. Daily responsibilities include handling incoming and outgoing mail, scheduling and confirming appointments, maintaining visitor logs, and supporting basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document organization. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth front-office operations, providing accurate information to visitors and team members, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment at all times.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly professional, well-presented, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Executive to be the face of our organization. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, strong organizational abilities, and proven experience in managing front-office operations while ensuring a seamless experience for visitors, clients, and employees.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and guests.
* Handle visitor registration, employee login/logout records, and maintain accurate attendance-related documentation.
* Coordinate incoming and outgoing calls, emails, couriers, and correspondence professionally.
* Maintain meeting room schedules and coordinate appointments, meetings, and calendar management for senior management.
* Provide administrative support, including documentation, filing, record keeping, and data entry.
* Ensure the reception and common areas are organized, presentable, and welcoming at all times.
* Coordinate with internal departments for administrative requirements and office support.
* Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement when required.
* Assist in travel arrangements, event coordination, and other administrative activities.
* Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
* 2–3 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, or Administrative roles.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Professional appearance with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to manage calendars, schedules, and administrative tasks efficiently.
* Positive attitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
