Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at our Pune location. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming visitors, managing incoming calls, handling administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and assisting with day-to-day front desk operations to ensure a professional and organized environment.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Strong Clerical Skills, including data entry and organization
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer Service skills to ensure a positive experience for visitors and clients
  • Time management and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in office software and basic IT systems is a plus
  • Any graduate or equivalent qualification required; additional administrative training is a plus
