Job Description

We are looking to hire a professional and courteous Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our Noida office. If you have strong communication skills, a welcoming personality, and experience managing front-desk operations, we would love to connect with you.

Position: Receptionist

Experience Required: 37 Years

Location: Noida, Sector 135

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Manage the front desk, incoming calls, emails, and courier coordination efficiently.
  • Maintain visitor records, meeting room bookings, and front office documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for administrative and office support tasks.
  • Ensure the reception area is organized, presentable, and aligned with company standards.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Presentable personality with a customer-focused approach.
  • Prior experience in front desk or administrative roles is preferred.
