Job Description
- Retail Sales & Operations ExecutiveCompany: Falcon InternationalJob Type: Full-Time | On-siteWe are looking for a confident, presentable and sales-oriented Retail Sales & Operations Executive to handle B2B customers, sales follow-ups and day-to-day shop operations.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle walk-in B2B customers, retailers and wholesalers.
- Understand customer requirements and convert enquiries into orders.
- Telecall new, existing and inactive customers for sales and repeat orders.
- Write and process customer orders accurately.
- Handle cash collections and coordinate payments.
- Manage customer follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate packing, dispatch and order tracking.
- Work with billing, warehouse and operations teams.
- Inform customers about new products, offers and availability.
- Candidate RequirementsStrong communication and convincing skills.
- Confident in B2B sales and customer handling.
- Good telecalling and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with cash handling and basic calculations.
- Organised, responsible and attentive to details.
- Hindi required; basic English preferred.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
