Role Description The Front Desk Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for being the first point of contact for visitors and callers at EON7 Developers. On a day-to-day basis, this role manages the reception area, greets and guides visitors, answers and directs phone calls, and responds to general inquiries in a professional manner. The Receptionist coordinates appointments and meeting room bookings, handles basic clerical tasks such as mail distribution, data entry, and document filing, and supports administrative staff as needed. This role also helps maintain a welcoming, organized front office environment that aligns with the company's luxury brand image and ensures smooth communication between guests, clients, and internal teams.
Qualifications

  • Strong receptionist and front desk skills, including experience with Receptionist Duties and managing visitor check-ins.
  • Professional Phone Etiquette and the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with clarity and courtesy.
  • Solid Clerical Skills such as basic computer proficiency, data entry, scheduling, and document organization.
  • Excellent Communication abilities, including clear spoken and written communication in English and the ability to convey information accurately.
  • Customer Service skills with a focus on providing a courteous, responsive, and solution-oriented experience to guests and clients.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability appropriate for a luxury real estate setting.
  • Prior experience in front office, hospitality, or real estate environments is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, and further education in administration or hospitality is an advantage.
