Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Front Desk Receptionist role based at a cult fit center in Noida. The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for members and visitors, greeting them, managing check-ins and check-outs, and providing accurate information about services, schedules, and memberships. The role includes answering phone calls and online inquiries, scheduling or modifying bookings, and maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area. The receptionist will handle basic administrative and clerical tasks such as updating member records, processing payments, and coordinating with trainers and operations staff. The role also involves proactively resolving member issues, escalating concerns when needed, and supporting daily center operations to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all visitors.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with members, visitors, and team members.
  • Proficiency in receptionist duties and phone etiquette, including managing calls, inquiries, and front desk operations.
  • Solid clerical skills, including basic computer literacy, data entry, scheduling, and handling payments or receipts.
  • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and reliability in managing daily tasks.
  • Prior experience in a front desk, hospitality, retail, or fitness center role is an advantage.
  • Comfort working on-site in Noida with flexible availability, including weekends or peak hours as required.
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
