We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Desk Officer to join our team.This role is crucial in providing a positive first impression to our guests and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the concerned department.
  • Maintain visitor's records and front desk registers.
  • Manage Courier, inward & outward documents.
  • Make outbound calls to clients/customers for follow ups, inquiries or information sharing
  • Maintain call records and update database.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5-6 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and front desk software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment and telephone systems.
