We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Desk Officer to join our team.This role is crucial in providing a positive first impression to our guests and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the concerned department.
- Maintain visitor's records and front desk registers.
- Manage Courier, inward & outward documents.
- Make outbound calls to clients/customers for follow ups, inquiries or information sharing
- Maintain call records and update database.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-6 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and front desk software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and telephone systems.
