Responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors, and guests; determine the purpose of their visit.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff.
- Receive mail, documents, and courier deliveries.
- Cold calling students for any new updates.
- Maintain the data in registers, Excel, and CRM software.
- Submit reports timely as required by the management.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
