Responsibilities

  • Greet clients, visitors, and guests; determine the purpose of their visit.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff.
  • Receive mail, documents, and courier deliveries.
  • Cold calling students for any new updates.
  • Maintain the data in registers, Excel, and CRM software.
  • Submit reports timely as required by the management.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
