Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Manager at our campus in Roorkee. The Front Desk Manager will oversee daily operations at the reception area, including greeting visitors, managing reservations, and addressing inquiries for a positive experience. They will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining efficient service standards, responding to inquiries, and coordinating front desk operations with organized and clear communication.

Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to address guest needs and ensure a positive experience
  • Proficiency in managing Receptionist Duties, including phone handling, visitor management, and scheduling
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse individuals
  • Experience with Reservations and managing booking systems effectively
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficient in using office software and familiarity with front desk operations technology
  • Education in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred
