Front Desk Manager (Female) Position: Front desk Manager Industry: Co-Working Space/Managed Offices Location: Gurgaon Budget: 20,000 - 25,000 CTC Experience: 1-3 Years Gender Preference: Female Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and professional Front Desk Manager with a Hotel Management background to join our co-working space team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage the operations, tenant coordination, and property management tasks efficiently. A background in hotel management will help bring in strong guest-facing skills and operational expertise, which are essential in creating a positive client experience. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance & Repairs: Overseeing regular maintenance and ensuring the hotel's physical infrastructure (e.g., plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC) is in good working order.

Housekeeping Coordination: Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces. Safety & Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations. Conducting regular safety drills and inspections. Energy Management: Managing energy consumption (e.g., lighting, heating, air conditioning) and implementing sustainability measures to reduce costs and environmental impact. Vendor & Supplier Management: Managing contracts with external service providers for cleaning, landscaping, security, and other hotel services. Budgeting & Cost Control: Developing and managing the facility budget, identifying areas for cost reduction, and ensuring efficient resource allocation. Security & Emergency Preparedness: Overseeing security services to ensure guest and staff safety and preparing for emergencies like fires, medical emergencies, or natural disasters.

Key Requirements: Bachelor's/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.

1-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a hospitality, hotel, or co-working space environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and front-office management software.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills honed in hotel management

Well-groomed, professional appearance with a positive attitude.
