Key Responsibilities
- Patient coordination: Managing patient walk-ins, appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups. Greeting clients warmly and ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out experience.
- Front desk operations: Handling calls, WhatsApp queries, and emails professionally. Maintaining daily logs, therapy schedules, and treatment room readiness. Coordinating with physiotherapists for patient flow.
- Administrative support: Managing billing, invoices, receipts, and follow-up payments. Maintaining clinic cleanliness standards through coordination with housekeeping. Managing inventory of consumables, linens, and office supplies.
- Customer service: Addressing patient concerns and providing accurate information about services. Ensuring a positive, comforting environment for patients undergoing treatment.
- Record management: Updating patient records and maintaining confidentiality. Ensuring all registers (cleaning register, equipment logs, etc.) are signed and updated daily.

The clinic is founded/run by Dr. Akshay Arora, a senior physiotherapist with international exposure (Master's from Coventry University, UK) and many years of experience.
