Role Description

As a Front Desk Manager at Hilton, you will be an essential part of our team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the front desk operations, managing check-in and check-out processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day guest interactions. You will lead a team of front desk professionals, maintain excellent customer service standards, and address guest concerns promptly. Additionally, you will coordinate with other departments to ensure the seamless operation of the hotel.

Qualifications
  • Leadership and team management skills to manage, mentor, and motivate the front desk team effectively.
  • Customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills to provide exceptional service and promptly resolve guest queries or concerns.
  • Proficiency in handling reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, with familiarity in hotel property management systems and other relevant tools.
  • Organizational and multitasking skills to efficiently manage daily operations and ensure smooth guest experiences.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the hotel's operational needs.
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or front desk role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
  • A positive attitude with the ability to work in a diverse, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment.
