Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Coordination: Coordinate with consultants in the studio and schedule consultations as per client requirements.
  • Inquiry Management: Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information to clients.
  • Brand Compliance: Ensure that all brand standards and protocols are consistently followed.
  • Front Desk Management: Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area to provide a positive first impression for clients.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with basic administrative tasks, including updating client records and managing appointment schedules.
  • Customer Service: Address client queries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
