JOB BRIEF:

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and well-presented Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to be the first point of contact for our customers and candidates. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to create a welcoming experience while ensuring smooth coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome walk-in customers and visitors with professionalism and warmth.

Understand and update all customer requirements in detail and maintain records in SFDC (CRM system).

Guide customers to the Closing Manager or the concerned department for further assistance.

Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth handling of clients and candidates.

Assist and guide candidates arriving for interviews, ensuring they are connected with the right person.

Maintain a professional appearance and create a positive first impression for the company.

Ensure the reception/guest area is welcoming and well-maintained at all times.

Requirements

Minimum 13 years of experience in customer-facing/guest relations roles (Real Estate experience preferred).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.

Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasing personality and good dressing sense.

Proficient in MS Office & CRM systems (SFDC knowledge will be an advantage).

Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
