Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Executive to manage our reception area and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals (1–2 years of experience) who possess excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude. The role involves handling calls, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth front office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed.
- Locker Management: Oversee lockers in the reception area, including allocation, access control, and record-keeping.
- Provide general information about the company to visitors and callers.
Requirements
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply; maximum 1–2 years of experience in a front desk or guest-facing role.
- Communication: Fluent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a problem-solving mindset.
- Professionalism: Maintains a professional appearance and a positive, welcoming attitude.
- Education: High school diploma or Graduate (additional certification in Office Management is a plus).
