Job Description / Responsibilities:-
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Maintain visitor records and manage appointment schedules
- Handle correspondence, courier, and incoming/outgoing mail
- Coordinate with internal department for smooth communication.
- Maintain front office cleanliness and decorum.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and documentation.
- Handle office stationery and inventory at the front desk.
- Support HR/Admin activities when required.
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time
Qualifications And Skills
- HSC/Diploma/Graduates preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with pleasing attitude
- Good knowledge of MS Office (word, excel and email)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Professional appearance and etiquette.
Min.Exp.
0-3 years- Compensation Offered 3.5 to 4 Lakhs Per annum
- Education qualification HSC/Diploma/Graduates preferred. .
