About The Opportunity

A growing firm in the Immigration & International Education Consulting sector delivering visa guidance, studyabroad counseling, and relocation advisory services. We provide high-touch, compliance-driven client support and are hiring an on-site Front Office Executive to own reception, appointment coordination, and first-line administrative operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients professionally; verify appointments and manage visitor check-in/out using visitor management tools.
  • Operate a multi-line phone system: answer calls, route enquiries, take accurate messages, and escalate issues to relevant teams.
  • Schedule and manage daily calendars for consultants; book meeting rooms and coordinate client appointments.
  • Process incoming/outgoing correspondence and emails; prepare, scan, and file client documents following dataprivacy protocols.
  • Maintain front desk area and office supplies inventory; place orders and coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment.
  • Perform accurate data entry into CRM and internal systems and assist with adhoc administrative tasks to support operations.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • High school diploma or any undergraduate qualification.
  • Comfortable working on-site in India with a professional, customer-facing demeanor.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and everyday office software (email, calendar management).
  • Strong telephone etiquette and visitor handling experience (internships/college placements accepted).
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow established processes for documentation and data entry.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) and visitor management systems.
  • Multilingual capabilityEnglish and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
  • Prior internship or exposure to front-desk or customer service roles in consulting or professional services.
