Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and register visitors professionally; manage reception area and ensure a welcoming first impression.
- Operate multi-line telephone systems; route calls, take accurate messages, and escalate urgent queries.
- Manage appointment scheduling and meeting-room bookings; coordinate calendars for visitors and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain visitor logs, verify IDs, issue visitor badges, and operate visitor management systems to ensure site security.
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and couriers, process basic cash transactions, and maintain petty cash records.
- Support front-office admin tasks including supplies inventory, vendor coordination, and upkeep of office records.
